1. Who This Applies To
ThinkSprout Kids ("we", "us", "ThinkSprout") provides online classes and self-paced courses for children. Because our students are minors, all accounts are registered and managed by a parent or legal guardian ("you"), who agrees to these Terms on behalf of their child.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Registration requires a verified email address before login access is granted.
3. Membership, Classes and Credits
- Membership is billed monthly and includes 12 class credits, bookable at up to 3 per week.
- Credits are valid only within the active membership cycle and do not carry forward once it ends.
- Class bookings, rescheduling and cancellations are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
5. Acceptable Use
Classes and course materials are for personal, non-commercial use by the registered student only. Recording, redistributing, or reselling class content or materials is not permitted.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All course materials, branding, and content on this site belong to ThinkSprout unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We aim to deliver classes reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ThinkSprout after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Assam, India.
